The design or this 4 bed 4 bath house was dictated by the strong presents of Mt. Sopris to the South, the Haystack mountain range to the West and Basalt Mountain to the East. The south side of the structure is organized to expose the strong views, as well as passive solar gain, where as the North portion is dedicated to housing utility necessary to support the program.
